1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Manob.ai Affiliate Program, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our affiliate services.
2. Affiliate Program Overview
The Manob.ai Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting Manob.ai products and services (gigs). Upon approval, you will receive unique affiliate links, tracking codes, and marketing materials (banners, creatives) to share with your audience.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the affiliate program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid email address
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
4. Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated based on qualified sales generated through your unique affiliate links. The commission structure is as follows:

How it works: Each customer-affiliate relationship is tracked independently. When a new customer makes their first purchase through your affiliate link, you earn 25%. For all subsequent purchases by the same customer through your link, you earn 10%.
Example: If Customer A purchases a $100 gig through your link for the first time, you earn $25. If Customer A purchases another $100 gig later, you earn $10.
5. Tracking & Analytics
We provide comprehensive tracking and analytics for all your affiliate activities:
Banner Impressions
An impression is counted each time your affiliate banner is displayed on a webpage. Impressions are recorded in real-time and aggregated daily in your dashboard. Each unique page load where the banner is visible counts as one impression.
Banner Clicks
A click is recorded when a visitor clicks on your affiliate banner or link. Each click is tracked with a unique tracking code that identifies you as the referring affiliate. Multiple clicks from the same user within a session are counted separately.
Leads (Conversions)
A lead is counted when a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase. The lead is attributed to your affiliate account based on the tracking code embedded in your affiliate link. Each successful transaction generates a commission based on the purchase amount and commission rate.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
CTR is calculated as: (Total Clicks ÷ Total Impressions) × 100. This metric helps you understand how effective your banners are at generating interest.
Conversion Rate
Conversion rate is calculated as: (Total Leads ÷ Total Clicks) × 100. This shows how effectively clicks are converting into actual purchases.
6. Performance Reports
Your affiliate dashboard provides detailed performance reports including:
- Real-time Statistics: View impressions, clicks, and leads as they happen
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports: Aggregated data for trend analysis
- Earnings Summary: Total earnings, pending commissions, and paid amounts
- Banner Performance: Individual performance metrics for each banner
- Campaign Analytics: Track performance by campaign
- Gig Statistics: Product and service gig conversion data
- Geographic Data: Understand where your traffic originates
- Commission History: Detailed log of all earned commissions
7. Payment & Withdrawal
Earning your commissions is straightforward. Here's how the withdrawal process works:
Earn Commissions
Commissions are credited to your affiliate wallet when customers complete purchases through your links.
Reach Minimum Threshold
Accumulate the minimum payout amount as specified in your commission plan before requesting withdrawal.
Request Payout
Navigate to the Payout section in your dashboard and submit a withdrawal request.
Review & Processing
Our team reviews withdrawal requests for fraud prevention. Processing typically takes 3-7 business days.
Receive Payment
Once approved, funds are transferred to your registered payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, or other supported methods).
Important: Ensure your payment details are accurate and up-to-date in your account settings to avoid payment delays.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating fake accounts or generating fraudulent referrals
- Self-referrals or purchasing through your own affiliate links
- Using spam or unsolicited communications to promote affiliate links
- Misrepresenting Manob.ai products or services
- Using paid advertising that violates platform policies
- Cookie stuffing or other deceptive tracking methods
- Artificially inflating impressions or clicks (click fraud)
- Using bots or automated systems to generate fake traffic
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
9. Intellectual Property
Manob.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our logos, banners, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Manob.ai products through the affiliate program. You may not modify these materials without prior written consent.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Manob.ai reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination:
- Pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violations
- Valid pending commissions will be paid out within 30 days for compliant affiliates
- Access to affiliate dashboard and materials will be revoked
- All affiliate links will be deactivated
11. Limitation of Liability
Manob.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the affiliate program.
12. Modifications
Manob.ai reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program policies at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued use of the affiliate program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
